Description

The Net-Wall project was a little different for us.

Net-Wall had already began the work on their website and had a layout that was close to complete. However, the developer they worked with became overwhelmed before the end and couldn't finish the project. This is where we intervened.

 

Our mission for Net-Wall was to:

  • Assess the current situation;
  • Optimize the current codebase;
  • Create the missing content;
  • Add the missing e-commerce capabilities using WooCommerce;
  • Provide support with their online payment platform.

My personal role for Net-Wall was to:

  • Go through, debug and optimize the existing codebase;
  • Allocate the appropriate resources for the projects;
  • Oversee the production and manage the customer expectations;
  • Advise on web hosting and improve the performance.
